Focal Point Medical Staffing, a rapidly growing healthcare staffing agency, is seeking Account Managers to join our team!

This role involves recruiting top-tier Nurses and CNAs and scheduling staff for Skilled Nursing and Acute Care facilities. If you have experience in the Per Diem, MSP, and Contract staffing space, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and onboard qualified healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and allied health staff, with a focus on Skilled Nursing and Acute Care facilities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare facilities to understand and meet their staffing needs.
• Manage scheduling for Per Diem and contract placements, ensuring optimal staffing coverage.
• Meet weekly recruiting and scheduling quotas while maintaining high-quality service standards.
• Serve as the main point of contact for both clients and staff, ensuring seamless communication and support.
• Maintain a database of active and potential candidates to fulfill urgent staffing needs.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a 72-hour turnaround for staffing contracts.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Experience working in Per Diem and contract staffing within Skilled Nursing and Acute Care facilities.
• Proven ability to recruit and schedule healthcare professionals in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and staff.
• Familiarity with staffing software or CRM systems is highly preferred.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on achieving goals and deadlines.
• Ability to work flexible hours, as the healthcare industry operates around the clock.
